Alumni Affairs at Trinity

The alumni of Trinity College, who number approximately 14,000, are understandably proud of their alma mater. And they have always been stalwart supporters of the College, particularly financial supporters; many give annually to the Trinity Fund. But our alumni-at-large also support it in many other ways. They sit on boards and committees and they volunteer countless hours. For example, The Friends of the Library operate an annual book sale that has netted more $3 million over its 30-year history in support of what is now the John W. Graham Library.

The Office of Development and Alumni Affairs has three main areas of responsibility: fundraising; programs and events for alumni, parents and friends; and communications, publications and public relations. In all of its functions, it reports to the Provost, but works closely with alumni volunteers who play a supportive role on such committees as the development committee, the Executive Committee of the Alumni Association of Trinity College, the St. Hilda's College Alumnae Association, the Friends of the Library and the Divinity Associates.
