Trinity College Annual Book Sale

A large Annual Book Sale is held by the Friends of the Library every October in Seeley Hall at Trinity College.  Funds raised through the Book Sale support many projects and activities of Trinity's John W. Graham Library. Total sales at the 34th Annual Book Sale, held October 2009, exceeded $135,000.

The Friends' Book Sale features some 100,000 donated books sorted into 60 academic and popular categories. Prices range from $1 to hundreds of dollars for rarities and other treasures.

35th Annual Friends of the Library Book Sale

22-26 October 2010, Seeley Hall, Trinity College, 6 Hoskin Avenue, Toronto (close to Museum and St. George subway stations): Opening night, Friday, October 22, 4 pm - 9 pm (admission charge $5); Saturday, October 23, 10 am - 8 pm; Sunday, October 24, Noon - 8 pm; Monday & Tuesday, October 25-26, 10 am - 8 pm. No admission charge after opening night. Credit (VISA, MC, AMEX) and debit cards and personal cheques (with adequate identification) are accepted. The Book Sale Committee seeks donations of books throughout the year and volunteer help with book pick-up, sorting, pricing and other work preceding and during the Sale. If you have books that you would like to donate to the sale, please drop them off inside the west entrance behind the chapel in the main Trinity building or call the Friends at 416-978-6750 to arrange for pickup.
