Welcome to the fall and a new school year!
As alumni and close friends of Trinity College, we thought you might enjoy a brief update on what’s new this year at Trinity, and all of the exciting activities we have planned for the coming months.
We are happy to report that we have 450 incoming students this year, including 70 international students. The Margaret MacMillan Trinity One program continues to thrive, with 50 students enrolled in International Relations and Ethics streams.
This year, Trinity also has six new fellows and four junior fellows (Divinity) joining the team. These are some of the U of T's finest faculty. Along with our academic leadership, Provost Andy Orchard, Derek Allen, and David Neelands, they contribute to the the College's wider intellectual community through lectures, mentoring students, and more.
We also wanted to provide you with an update on some recent changes to our annual giving program, which we have renamed The Trinity Fund in recognition of the direct impact these funds have on the College and its students. The Trinity Fund is a great way for alumni, parents and friends to join together to help sustain Trinity’s excellence – your support makes a difference.
If you would like to learn more about The Trinity Fund, or find out how you can contribute, please visit us HERE, or contact us at 416-978-8251, or meghan.whitfield@utoronto.ca.
Thank you for your tremendous support of the College through your volunteer work, your annual gift, or by being an ambassador for Trinity in the community and abroad. We hope to see you on campus this fall!
