Note: U of T does not send paper invoices. You must monitor your account balance online (www.rosi.utoronto.ca). Regular reminders are sent to your UTOR e-mail account.
Deadlines for Payment or DeferralTo ensure registration, you MUST pay at least the "Minimum Payment to Register" shown on your ROSI fees invoice, or arrange a deferral (see below), BY WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 19, 2009. If you pay between August 19 and September 2, you must present proof of payment to the Registrar's Office no later than September 2. Failure to pay or arrange a deferral by September 2 WILL RESULT IN REMOVAL FROM ALL YOUR COURSES. Deferral of FeesYou may NOT defer current session fees until arrears from previous sessions have been paid. NEW FOR 2009: IF YOU APPLIED FOR OSAP OR OTHER GOVERNMENT STUDENT AID, YOU MAY DEFER ONLINE. For Ontario students, allow 3 days from receipt of your OSAP Notice of Assessment then login to ROSI and follow the instructions. Out-of-province students should fax their assessment material along with name, student number and faculty/college of registration to UT Admissions & Awards (fax: 416-978-7022). Allow 3 days for processing then defer online. If you cannot pay at least the minimum payment for any other reason, or if you are unable to defer online, please contact the Bursar's Office BEFORE the above deadlines to arrange a deferral. You must supply documentation supporting your deferral request, including the method and timing of payment (e.g. scholarship letter, third party sponsorship, staff or dependent waiver form). Interest on Outstanding AccountsINTEREST WILL BE CHARGED ON ALL OUTSTANDING ACCOUNTS, EVEN IF A DEFERRAL HAS BEEN AUTHORIZED. Interest is calculated at 1 1/2% per month compounded monthly (19.56% per year) from October 15 and first assessed on November 15.

Trinity College does not require certified cheques. However, there is a charge of $20.00 for dishonoured cheques regardless of reason.
Refer to www.fees.utoronto.ca for tuition fee and refund schedules. Refunds may be issued by request to the Bursar's Office and will be mailed by U of T to your ROSI address:

Full time incidental fees are charged as soon as you enrol in the equivalent of 3 or more full courses, and will remain at that level after the beginning of term even if you drop courses to part-time.

The student contribution to the Student Capital Fund is funded by $10.00 from Trinity College Student Society Fees and $75.00 from the College Fee. The balance of the College Fee is used to support spaces and services used by residents and non-residents, including dining halls, common rooms, the Buttery and Academic Dons.
As part of the Trinity College Fee, full-time non-resident students receive 10 complimentary meals (part-time 5 meals) for use at either of the Trinity College dining halls. These meals will be automatically recorded on your U of T student T-card.
