This website provides free training modules to meet the training requirements under Ontario’s accessibility laws (Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act). Developed in partnership with the Government of Ontario. 

step 1: Take the Customer Service training module

Everyone in your organization must be trained on providing accessible customer service and how to interact with people with disabilities.

step 2: Take the other training modules that are relevant to your work responsibilities

Get an understanding of the requirements that relate to your duties and your organization. Click on the training module to see a summary of topics to help you determine what to complete, and to see the module formats available.

step 3:Take the training module on the Ontario Human Rights Code. 

This module relates to people with disabilities, and how the Code and Ontario’s accessibility laws work together and how they are different.
