Ex Libris

The Friends of the Library, Trinity College, issue the journal Ex Libris on an occasional basis, in part to document the activities of the Friends and to publish lectures presented at Friends' meetings. Accounts of special books from the Graham Library's collections or new acquisitions and other important events in the life of the Graham Library are also recorded in the journal, which all members of the Friends receive. Recent issues have, for example,  featured articles by Brian Parker on Eugene O'Neill's play, Ah, Wilderness!; Alan Hayes, on "Anglican History as a Succession of Issues du jour"; Paul Stevens, on "Churchill's Military Romanticism"; and John O'Brian, on "Landscape Painting and Political Hygiene," as well as poems by Richard Outram and Lorna Goodison, who delivered the fifth and ninth annual Archibald Lampman Poetry Readings.
