Acting Dean of Arts
Prof. Alberto Martin has been appointed as Acting Dean of Arts for Trinity College effective October 1, 2013 until June 30, 2014. He has taken over this role from Prof. Michael Ratcliffe, who is currently Interim Provost and Vice-Chancellor for Trinity College

Dr. Martin is also investigating the role of gut microbes in the etiology of colon cancer.
Dr. Martin became a Trinity College fellow in 2008. He has been the Director of the Immunology Programme at Trinity since 2008 and continues to do so.
