Our Food Service's creative staff will assist you in composing your own menu, if the selections do not suit your particular needs. Your menu choice would be appreciated at least three weeks in advance. Please view our various menus by clicking on the links in the menu on the right.
A guaranteed number of persons is required at least 3 business days (72 hours) prior to the function date. You will be billed for the final guaranteed count plus any additional people served. We will normally be prepared to serve 5% above the guarantee.
PRICE, TAX AND GRATUITIES
Prices are listed on a per person basis and guaranteed for 45 days from contract date. All prices are subject to 13% tax and 15% gratuities will be charged for all waited meals and receptions.
Cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to the event, by contacting the Catering Manager.
Anyone interested in booking a function is advised to reserve the room first from the College (978-8680). Be sure to select a room that is an appropriate size for the number of guests you expect. Special tables or room arrangements that are not directly related to the serving of food or beverage are subject to additional charges by the College. FOOD, BEVERAGE AND BAR SERVICE
A Special Occasion Permit is required to serve liquor in any of the rooms in the college. Sorry, we do not permit any food or beverage to be brought into the College.
