In Memoriam: Alumni Philip Creighton and William McDougall

Dear Members of the Trinity Community:

It is with great sadness that I write to let you know of the death of alums Philip Creighton and William (Bill) McDougall.

Philip William Bruce Creighton (51′) died at 89 on August 4, 2018, in South Muskoka Memorial Hospital, Bracebridge, the beloved husband and best friend of Phyllis (nee Manning) Creighton (51′), whom he married August 7, 1954. A memorial service will be held at the Morley Bedford Funeral Home, 159 Eglinton Avenue West with a reception following on Saturday, September 22 at 1 p.m.

William (Bill) McDougall, aged 90, died peacefully at home surrounded by his loving family on August, 26, after a long illness. His funeral was held at St Saviour’s Church, Pimlico, London, U.K. on September 13, 2018. Bill was a friend and graduate of Trinity College who lived in the U.K.
