Mental Health Peer Advisors

Mental Health Peer Advisors are upper-year Trinity College students who provide guidance and support to their peers throughout the academic year. They are responsible for helping to serve as a bridge between the student body and mental health services and supports in the College and University of Toronto community.

As upper-year Trinity College students, the Mental Health Peer Advisors have experienced the success and challenges of university – given their experience, they are able to help you navigate your time at university. Mental Health Peer Advisors provide unofficial advice and assistance and can help connect students with professional resources at Trinity College and the University of Toronto.  Mental Health Peer Advisors also engage with mental health promotion activities, including running events aimed at addressing stigma and building community.

The Mental Health Peer Advisors are supervised by the Director, Community Wellness as well as by the Community Wellness Coordinators and work as members of the Office of the Dean of Students team.
