Library Collections

The John W. Graham Library’s collection incorporates a range of disciplines to support the undergraduate students of Trinity: the humanities theological disciplines supporting the programs of the Trinity College Faculty of Divinity and Wycliffe College; and in history, political science, economics and other subjects relevant to Trinity’s interdisciplinary undergraduate programs.

ACCESS TO THE LIBRARY COLLECTIONS

General Collection

Everyone is welcome to use our materials within the John W. Graham Library. Those with one of the following library cards may borrow materials:

  • U of T students, staff and faculty with a valid TCard or library card
  • Trinity extramural borrowing card (Trinity and Wycliffe alumni, Anglican Church of Canada clergy are eligible – see How can I get a library card?)

Catalogue Search

The Graham Library is part of the U of T Libraries system. All of our holdings can be searched online using the

U of T Libraries Catalogue page.

Searching U of T Libraries Catalogue for Graham Library Book/Periodical holdings

In the main U of T Libraries catalogue search it is possible to view only items in the Graham Library Collection.

  1. Use the advanced search on the U of T Libraries pages.
  2. Under the dropdown menu for library, select Trinity College (Graham Library)
  3. Enter your search terms in the box and the results will only show you the print items in our collection.

Request Items from Graham Library Storage (Trinity Storage & Wycliffe Storage Items)

To request a storage item, bring the call number and title information to the Circulation Desk. A student assistant will usually be able to retrieve it right away during regular opening ours.
