Find out more about the Trinity One program and how it can fit into your first-year university experience. Join our online session hosted by our Program Coordinator, Program Assistants, and Peer Mentors. Learn about our program and have your questions answered in a small-group, interactive, virtual session.
Do you want to explore the University of Toronto and Trinity College in-person to see if the Margaret MacMillan Trinity One first-year foundation program is right for you? If so, then consider participating in our March Break Shadow Days, hosted by our Trinity One Professors, Program Assistants and Peer Mentors.
Space is limited and interested individuals are encouraged to apply early to participate in this exciting program. Classes take place Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday during the day. Students are encouraged to select a time and program that best suits their schedule.
On select dates between March 11 – 13, 2025, you can become a Trinity One student for a day and experience seminar classes with current Trinity One students enrolled in the Faculty of Arts and Science at the University of Toronto.
There are four half-day options where you will join other Grade 12 prospective students like yourself and shadow Trinity One classes. You will also participate in meet-and-greet events where you will have the opportunity to talk to current students, staff, faculty and mentors to have all your questions answered – held in a similar fashion as our weekly co-curricular lunch events.
Selected students and waitlisted students will be contacted. We will try our best to match selected students with their preferred streams and a detailed itinerary will be sent to you. Due to space limitations, the program will not be able to accommodate more than one preview day per prospective student.
There are many opportunities to begin getting oriented to your new community in the Trinity One Program and the University of Toronto, even before you arrive on campus in September! In June all newly admitted students will receive an invitation by email to join our Trinity One Online Community, which will run over the entire summer. In the Trinity One Online Community program you’ll have the opportunity to connect with upper-year student e-mentors, explore modules on many topics related to university life including degree and program requirements, course enrollment, and university preparation courses. You will be able to join in-person and online events to meet your fellow incoming Trinity One first-year students.
If you are interested in getting to know Trinity College, you can take part in a tour. Trinity College offers in-person tours, live online tours, a virtual 360 tour, and recorded video tours of our campus. All live tours are hosted by current Trinity students. For more details please see our Tours page.
The Faculty of Arts and Science at U of T will also be holding in-person and online welcome events for newly admitted students through the spring and summer, as well as offering a variety of tour options for both the faculty and larger university campuses. Find more information on their Events and Campus Tours page.
We look forward to connecting with all our newly admitted students soon!
