For first-year students: in addition to the many programs and courses offered by the Faculty of Arts & Science, Trinity offers the Margaret MacMillan Trinity One Program and several first-year foundation seminar courses.
In upper years, you can enroll in one of Trinity’s competitive programs – Ethics, Society & Law, International Relations or Immunology – that we sponsor on behalf of the Faculty of Arts & Science, or any of the Faculty’s 300 programs spanning the arts, science and business.
Trinity One
Study global politics, democratic governance, law, sustainability, healthcare and biomedical discovery.
International Relations
Gain knowledege of the international system using historical, political and economic analyses.
First-year seminars
Participate in small-group discussions with other first-year students. Study with Trinity faculty.
Ethics, Society & Law
Apply cutting-edege interdisciplinary approaches to political, legal and ethical questions.
Immunology
Enroll in this interdisciplinary field of medical science. Gain theoretical understanding and lab experience.
Research & Other courses

- The Bill Graham Centre for Contemporary International History is a collaborative program between Trinity College and the Munk School of Global Affairs & Public Policy. Located in offices at Trinity College, the program involves graduates and undergraduates, particularly those with interests in the fields of international relations, international history and international law. With a focus on contemporary international history, the Centre contributes to both teaching and research at the University of Toronto and involves undergraduates in the International Relations Program through special lectures, visiting professors, workshops and conferences.
- Centre for Ethics is an interdisciplinary centre aimed at advancing research and teaching in the field of ethics, broadly defined. The Centre for Ethics is located in the Gerald Larkin Building on the Trinity campus.
