Book Sale Donations and Volunteer Opportunities

Image of book spinesVolunteers needed:

The Book Sale Committee seeks volunteer help throughout the year, as well as immediately preceding and during the Sale.

How to donate:

Books should be packed in cartons that are not too heavy for our volunteers to lift (i.e., about 1 cu. ft. in size--roughly the size of LCBO or banker's boxes). Boxes should be sealed if they are dropped off at the College.

Books may be dropped off at the underground garage on the east side of the main Trinity College building on Tuesdays, between 9:30am and 3pm: phone 416-978-2522, ext. 2006, and  someone will open the garage door for you. If there is no answer, contact the Hall Porter (416-978-2522) or the Library (416-978-2653).

Please note that we are unable to accept discards from school and public libraries or rummage sales, magazines or  journals, Reader's Digest condensed books, most encyclopedias, Harlequin Romances, or books in poor physical condition.

Thank you very much for your donations and your interest. We hope to see you at the Sale.

To contact the Friends of the Library for further information or to volunteer, please phone 416-978-6750 and leave a message.
