Dear Trinity College students:
Below, we hope to orient you regarding some of the wellness offerings here at Trinity College this year.
We have three staff – Ramata, Rae, and Missy – available to connect and help students with their mental health, wellness, and overall wellbeing. Students can book an appointment for any issue – big or small, academic or non-academic! To book a virtual or in-person appointment, connect with Ramata, Rae, and Missy by email or phone. Ramata, Rae, and Missy also host weekly wellness staff drop-in hours where students can connect in-person without an appointment.

Upcoming Programs
We will be running many fun events this year! Below is a list of some upcoming events. Information on upcoming events can be found on the Trinity Events Portal, Trinity Life Quercus, @ForTrinStudents @TrinEats social media accounts, as well as in frequent Wellness Team emails. Some events require sign-up, so we encourage all students to check the Trinity Events Portal.
safeTALK
safeTALK is a half-day alertness training that prepares anyone 15 or older, regardless of prior experience or training, to become a suicide-alert helper. Most people with thoughts of suicide don’t truly want to die, but are struggling with the pain in their lives. Through their words and actions, they invite help to stay alive. safeTALK-trained helpers can recognize these invitations and take action by connecting them with life-saving intervention resources, such as caregivers trained in ASIST.
The Wellness team is here for you and wants to make sure you are well supported. Feel free to stop by our offices at any time if you have questions or want to connect! We hope to see you out at our events!
