Registrar’s Office

The advisors in the Registrar’s Office can help you manage your current courses, plan for the summer, and apply to or make changes to your programs of study.  Registrar’s Office advisors can also help connect you with other support services on campus, including our on-site Learning Strategists and Health & Wellness Counsellors.  You can book an appointment by e-mailing registrar@trinity.utoronto.ca, by calling 416-978-2687, or by coming to the front desk.

On-Site Learning Strategists

As final exams approach, consider booking an appointment with Meghan Litteljohn or Jonathan Vandor, Trinity’s on-site Learning Strategists, to talk about study techniques that don’t involve cramming and all-nighters. With techniques for dealing with catch-up, balancing multiple course expectations, and managing procrastination, anxiety, and stress, our Learning Strategists can help you figure out how to succeed in this exam season.  Appointments can be booked through the Registrar’s Office – registrar@trinity.utoronto.ca or 416-978-2687.

The Dons

Trinity’s Academic Dons are a great resource available for one-on-one academic counselling and tutoring for all Trinity College students. The list of Academic Dons and their contact information can be found here.

Academic Dons also live in residence (at both Trinity and St. Hilda’s) and can help students navigate any personal or social issues they may be experiencing. Students can contact a Don to discuss anything from noise issues to mental health concerns, in order to be connected with the appropriate resources.

Other Services

There are many other (totally free!) academic resources offered through the Faculty of Arts and Science. Check them out here.  Also, the Arts & Science Exam Jam is coming up on April 5: this is a free event with review sessions, study space, snacks, and activities to help you de-stress while studying.

Once again, best of luck with all your end-of-term work, and please contact us if you have any questions or concerns!
