Student Food Ambassador

Trinity’s Student Food Ambassador (SFA) provides guidance and support to their peers throughout the academic year related to food. They are responsible for helping to serve as a bridge between the student body and food services at the College.

Tina (Tianshu) Yin

Tina (Tianshu) Yin will be working as the Student Food Ambassador for the 2023 – 2024 academic year. Tina is a fourth-year student majoring in Economics and Psychology, with a minor in Statistics. Having worked in a range of positions in Trinity College, Tina is passionate about connecting with people and taking the initiative to improve their campus experience.

As the SFA, Tina will assist with the planning, promotion, and implementation of programming for Trinity College students, focusing on food services and nutrition. She will also help with the collection, analysis, and utilization of student feedback to enhance everyone’s dining. Tina will at the same time manage the @TrinEats Instagram account and co-chair the Student Food Advisory Committee (SFAC).

Strachan Hall: Tuesdays 2:00 – 3:00 PM and Wednesdays 6:00 – 7:00 PM

The Buttery: Tuesdays 3:00 – 4:00 PM and Wednesdays 5:00 – 6:00 PM
