Churchill Collection

The Winston S. Churchill Collection is a special collection housed in the John W. Graham Library at the Munk School of Global Affairs at Trinity College, University of Toronto, and includes significant and first editions and translations of Churchill’s works, original letters, memorabilia, and important works about Churchill. Through the generosity of Anne and Fred Stinson, Lucienne Watt, and other donors from the Churchill Society for the Advancement of Parliamentary Democracy, this collection was acquired for Trinity College’s John W. Graham Library in 2002. Recently, the Churchill collection was expanded thanks to many generous gifts, most recently two gifts in 2016 from collectors and members of the Churchill Society for the Advancement of Parliamentary Democracy,  P. Michael Wilson and Edwin Hawken.

The Graham Library’s Churchill collection is an invaluable resource not just for 20th century historians, but also for textual scholars, material culture scholars and scholars of international affairs, political sciences and public policy.
